Picorp, Inc. Baltimore is an international business serving the Port of Baltimore and over 300 associated customers for over two decades. We are the Port of Baltimore’s primary off-terminal Storage and Repair Facility, providing long and short-term storage, repairs, trucking, sales and CY (Container Yard) operations for all types of intermodal equipment. Our customers include a broad base of both steamship related and commercial businesses who rely on us to provide efficient, equipment handling solutions to improve their bottom line.

Picorp, Inc. Baltimore is located on over 40 acres of prime terminal space in close proximity to all of the Port’s facilities. Visitors can access our facilities from either of three major inter-state highways and two major rail roads (CSX and Norfolk Southern). Virtually every Port facility is within a 10 minute drive. Upon arrival, drivers are processed at industry leading transaction times, loaded and on their way to the next destination in a matter of minutes, NOT hours.

All equipment is subject to thorough technical inspection upon arrival based upon the exact, varied standards of our individual customers. If necessary, a repair estimate is prepared utilizing in-house or accepted Repair Schedules (MAH). Strict repair guidelines and procedures are applied during both the inspection and repair phases to ensure 100% compliance with industry accepted criteria. Post-repair surveys and customer audits are welcomed in order to ensure high quality and performance standards.
