Picorp, Inc. Baltimore is an international business serving the Port of Baltimore and over 300 associated customers for over two decades. We are the Port of Baltimore’s primary off-terminal Storage and Repair Facility, providing long and short-term storage, repairs, trucking, sales and CY (Container Yard) operations for all types of intermodal equipment. Our customers include a broad base of both steamship related and commercial businesses who rely on us to provide efficient, equipment handling solutions to improve their bottom line.

We are located on over 40 acres of prime terminal space in close proximity to all of the Port’s facilities. Visitors can access our facilities from either of three major inter-state highways and two major rail roads CSX and Norfolk Southern. Virtually every Port facility is within a 10 minute drive. Upon arrival, drivers are processed at industry leading transaction times, loaded and on their way to the next destination in a matter of minutes, NOT hours.

All equipment is subject to thorough technical inspection upon arrival based upon the exact, varied standards of our individual customers. If necessary, a repair estimate is prepared utilizing in-house or accepted Repair Schedules (MAH). Strict repair guidelines and procedures are applied during both the inspection and repair phases to ensure 100% compliance with industry accepted criteria. Post-repair surveys and customer audits are welcomed in order to ensure high quality and performance standards.

Picorp, Inc. Baltimore offers over 50 acres of level, well maintained container, chassis, and semi trailer storage areas. All surfaces are either asphalt or aggregate covered and are suitable for multipurpose use. Depending on your requirements, Picorp can create a storage program to suit your needs. We currently operate three separate facilities, each one dedicated to either a grounded or wheeled operation.

Container Sales

We offer all types of units including 20ft, 40ft and 45ft steel containers, standard height and high cubes. We also stock refrigerated units as well as specialty equipment such as chassis, open tops and flat racks. Units can be modified to fit any length and width requirements with any customization work needed.

Picorp Inc. Baltimore has been specializing in the transport of Intermodal Equipment for over two decades. Originally beginning with empty repositions and termination moves, over the years we have expanded to include loaded units for door pick up and deliveries as well as railroad trailers.

Our fleet of fully equipped, mobile service vans can bring our repair capabilities to you. Programs are available for on-site FHWA inspection programs and repairs. Or, if the need arises, emergency road service is also available at very competitive rates. All our units are radio dispatched and staffed with skilled mechanics who are experts at getting your equipment rolling again.
